The scope involved interior renovations across 157 residential units, covering a mix of 1/1, 2/2, and 3/2 floor plans. Work was coordinated to maintain steady operations while delivering consistent quality throughout the community.

- Installation of new granite countertops
- Replacement of all sinks and faucets
- Installation of new cabinet boxes and doors
